We have a full time position available for a Manager of Professional Services in our Supply Chain Execution business unit.  The Manager of Professional Services is responsible for the overall success of their projects and assigned project team members.    Project success will be achieved through resource assignment, scheduling, customer relationships and solid decision making.  This role not only maintains customer relationships, but also manages and mentors team members to achieve project success and level growth.  The person in this role will play a critical role in managing team members while maintaining an environment of learning, development and career growth. 


Job Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure overall project success, solution architecture and solution quality
  • Maintain an expert level of understanding of the products and technologies used to deliver customer solutions
  • Provide project strategy and tactics to achieve success
  • Monitor project progress, budget, billings, status, and schedule for all team projects
  • Participate in the sales process; when needed, providing solution designs and service quotations
  • Lead and facilitate project kick off, resource assignment, and scheduling
  • Develop and maintain management level relationship with customers
  • Escalate project issues and ensure resolution in a timely manner
  • Ensure task hand offs and definition of done (DODs) are occurring and are effective
  • Conduct facility walk through and assessments
  • Display high standards of professional conduct
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Monthly team forecast


Management Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and mentor team members to achieve project success and level growth
  • Maintain resource schedule for services team to achieve target utilizations
  • Participate in new hire interviews, screening, selection and final offers
  • Onboard and train new hires to achieve utilization ramp up plan
  • Perform touch-bases with direct reports using 2 Weeker format
  • Participate in performance review discussions among management and lead semi-annual performance review meetings with team members. 




  • Ability to travel as needed (25% to 40%)
  • 3 - 5 years of demonstrated solution architect experience
  • 2+  years of people management experience achieving target utilization
  • 2+  years of project management experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task



  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Business Administration, Operations or related field
