Business Solutions Advisor

Tasks:

We are seeking a Business Solution Advisor (Solutions Consultant) to join our expanding Business Development Team. Key responsibilities include qualification of inbound phone, web and email inquiries, following-up on marketing campaign responders and driving recruitment for corporate and regional marketing events within your assigned geography, and cold prospecting. The position will require a high degree of self-motivation, organization, and analytical intelligence.

A successful BSA will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and a dedication to learning as much as you can about supply chain software by building your business acumen and being able to articulate the value proposition and return on investment that our potential clients experience leveraging HighJump technology.  There is a defined growth path for successful BSA to be promoted into our quota-carrying, Account Management role and many team members advance into challenging roles ranging from Field Sales to Product Marketing and Field Marketing etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a positive first impression with our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience
  • Complete initial qualification of potential sales opportunities for approval and assignment to a Territory Manager by C-Level and Leadership Team.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency and rapid response cadence in following up on all inquiries and marketing leads
  • Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing in your assigned territory on event recruitment strategies
  • Assist with researching trends in your defined region and identifying new prospects
  • Actively participate in and contribute to team learning opportunities and your own personal development
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling



Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is required or equivalent
  • High ethical and moral standards. HighJump is all about transparency and team work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior inside sales experience a plus
  • Min 1+ years of corporate tele-sales experience, field sales, software sales is a plus
  • Experience in Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing, or Transportation industries a plus.
  • Experience and Knowledge of Supply Chain Solutions (WMS, TMS, ERPs etc) a plus.
  • Motivation, drive, self-starting attitude, Team Player, and a lots of self-awareness
  • CRM Experience (NetSuite, Salesforce, MS CRM etc)
  • Working knowledge of how to use key business applications (Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams, LinkedIn, Data.com etc)
