Software Engineer


We have a full-time position available for an experienced software engineer in our Bloomington, MN office. This position will be responsible for developing platform solutions for HighJump’s suite of products in a collaborative and dynamic environment, using agile development processes and following coding standards

  • Design and develop solutions using HTML, Typescript, C#, .NET, and SQL Server taking customer, business, and data requirements into consideration
  • Ability to work with a cross-functional team including QA analysts, business analysts, technical writers, and other developers in value-driven projects
  • Conduct application demonstrations and training for internal audiences
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve technical issues
  • Ensure that solutions developed meet all market requirements and are of high quality
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks on a deadline
  • Seek out methods of product development to increase efficiency and quality
  • Participate in the agile process seeking out process improvements


  • Bachelor’s degree (QA, Computer Science, or related field) or equivalent work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage workload independently
  • Programming languages such as HTML, Typescript, C#, .Net
  • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, .Net Core, SQL Server, OData, Selenium, Knockout JS, Micro-services, Docker, Kubernetes, Fission, Event Sourcing, and Azure DevOps a plus
