HR Solution Specialist-Recruiting/Reporting


Primary Function:

The person in this role will deliver best in class recruiting solutions for Industrial and manufacturing positions for all of North America, and across all Körber Business Areas, to meet the needs and demands of the business. – 50%.


The Data Reporting Specialist will report data as requested from all HR management systems to provide detailed reporting for internal analysis, benefit reconciliation and compliance. – 50%.


Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities


  • Execute the strategy to build a rich internal and external talent pipeline through multiple channels, directly linked to key roles/critical skills that ensures successful conversion of talent pipeline prospects into active successful candidates. This will require limited travel to attend external meetings/conferences to meet and assess talent.
  • Act as the Cross-BA contact person for external recruitment agencies
  • Responsible for administration, oversight and placement of employees and contingent workers and function as the single point of contact from internal and external candidates/new hires prior to their date of employment.
  • Arrange all interviews with candidates and coordinate scheduling between candidates and management, including preparing necessary travel arrangements if required.
  • Responsible for generating and delivering high-quality reports of HR data extracted primarily from the HR suite while safeguarding compliance and data privacy demands in North America. 
  • Define and implement standard self-service reports within the HR suite. 
  • Deliver ad-hoc reporting requests following the Service Delivery Model, including reports for benefit enrollment reconciliation.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external audits.
  • Function as Key User for HR suite and local HR solutions.
  • Perform organization structure data maintenance (if not in self-service in the HR suite) and perform maintenance of legacy (local) systems where required.
  • Create of organization charts as required.
  • Produce work according to defined standards and policies.
  • Actively drive continuous process and solution improvements.

Occasional Functions:

  • HR Communication and Knowledge base management
  • Complete HR Shared Services projects and improvement activities as needed
  • Other responsibilities include monitoring the data systems and providing feedback and quality improvement suggestions to management.


Physical Requirements:

  • Works in an office environment and requires the ability to sit and focus on a computer screen for long periods of time. 
  • Able to physically travel on airplanes and car to attend limited job fairs.


Education, Training and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred 
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources
  • Effective communication skills required
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors, Service Now and general HRIS experience preferred
  • English language skills required
