Sales Administration Specialist

Tasks:

We have a full time position available for a Sales Admin in our Voiteq (DBA HighJump) sales unit. As a part of our sales team, you will be providing support to our sales representatives and customers. You will be expected to work both independently and as a part of a team to deliver orders and information with little to no errors and in a timely manner. You must be organized, tenacious, and a natural problem solver.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Updating customer-specific (customized to customer) price lists following price increases from suppliers based on the devices that they purchase. Configure, develop, debug, and trouble shoot solutions per design documents.
  • Updating quote templates.
  • Proactive administration of One Drive / content (information repository) and communication to sales team about new documents and changes as well as being a resource to find required information. 
  • Tracking orders, acknowledgements, support contracts, ASNs, etc.
  • Be pro-active on keeping customers up to date on orders and ship dates.
  • Field ad-hoc administrative questions from customers, be the font-line resource for customer administration. 
  • Interface with finance and administration on related issues
  • Produce standard sales reports for management to run the business effectively
  • Produce quotes on behalf of the sales team for add-on business and submit finance requests
  • Work with vendors and distribution on administrative issues relating to customer orders and concerns. 

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage
  • Strong, analytical and problem solving skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of warehouse operations
  • Experience working in NetSuite
  • BA / BS / AA Degree
