For our location in Colorado Springs we are looking for

HR Intern


  • Support HighJump’s HR recruiting efforts by posting open positions, and scheduling / conducting interviews
  • Assist in the new hire process by setting up background screens and coordinating new employee first day materials
  • Participate in new employee orientation activities
  • Create and maintain employee files as needed
  • Perform administrative duties such as creation of employee action letters
  • Contribute to location specific Employee Engagement activities as needed
  • Assist with special projects that are assigned to the Human Resources team as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Current student within Business, Human Resources, or other applicable field, or 0-2 years of experience in related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience and moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Accuracy in work and ability to follow through
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Superior customer service skills to both internal and external customer
  • (US) Student Member of SHRM a plus
