We’re looking for a creative, commercial mastermind, who’ll deep-dive into our product portfolio and re-surface with brilliant ideas and concepts that will immediately capture the interest of our target audience.
You will become part of our Sales & Marketing Department and be responsible for conducting market researches to identify new opportunities and analyzing consumer behavior data e.g. web traffic and rankings. You will monitor market trends and threats to keep Riantics’ products in a leadership position and generate reports on marketing and sales metrics.
Areas of responsibility and key assignments will, among others, be:
Maybe you have a degree in Marketing or Business Communication, or experience from a similar position, but it is important that you have experience with research methods using data analytics software and knowledge of on- and off-line marketing tools. You have extensive knowledge of Social Media platforms and digital analytics paired with great skills in the use of MS Office, Adobe programs, Google Analytics & AdWords etc.
To succeed in this role, you must be a creative and innovative thinker with a data-driven mentality, with a mix of marketing, analytical, relationship and organizational skills.
The position requires the ability to analyze the effectiveness of initiatives & campaigns, deep dive on performance, modify campaigns based on conclusions, and clearly articulate results to the organization.
You are a self-starter who can work independently, keep yourself on track and on schedule, and communicate your progress as you go while juggling multiple assignments at the same time.
The position will have a broad range of contact both externally and internally, and we therefore expect you to have strong communications skills and that you are able to interact on all levels of the organization.
