Bachelor/Master Thesis on Innovative Technologies and its Potential for Supply Chain Solutions


  • General market analysis (size and potential, players and competitors) of the selected technology field in supply chains (e.g. robotics, vision, navigation, blockchain, smart sensors, 5G – but we´re also open to others and already have some more in mind)
  • Identification and evaluation of future fields of applications for the selected technology in a supply chain context
  • Derivation of strategic implications for Körber Logistics Systems: strategic positioning, product portfolio and product market strategy


  • Excellent academic achievements in engineering, mathematics or informatics
  • A high interest in new technologies and their use in industry
  • Curiosity and the ability for creative thinking
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Structured and independent way of working

Körber Logistics Systems´ strategic focus is – among others – on the groundbreaking integration of innovative technologies like robotics, vision and navigation, but also blockchain, smart sensors or 5G – just to name a few. We´re open to completely new solutions that will disrupt the way we design supply chains processes and applications.

For that reason, we´re looking for innovative thinking and highly motivated students that want to write their bachelor or master thesis in an industrial context – in cooperation with Körber Logistics Systems. Based on your preferences and qualifications we can develop the detailed research outline of your thesis together – in general, focusing on the following topics: Robotics, Vision, Navigation, Blockchain, Smart Sensors, 5G
